The Year 7 to 8 curriculum is a structured programme that encourages students to develop new skills in a range of individual and team sports. In Year 7 and Year 8, students have physical education lessons which cover units such as fitness, dance and gymnastics. They also have two double games sessions where they take part in sports such as hockey, football, touch-rugby, tennis, athletics, netball, cricket and rounders.
In Year 9 to 11 students have the freedom to choose from a variety of traditional and non-traditional sports such as dance, basketball, badminton, rowing, fitness, yoga, pilates, volleyball, touch-rugby, football, rounders, tennis, athletics, squash, zumba and cricket.
